Temporary pain in my knees

I have this temporary pain in my knees that have been bothering me for almost 2 weeks. Yesterday after practice ended, my coach gave us this long speech and we had to take a knee for like 10 mins. When the speech was over and we had to get up, i felt this pain in my joints in the knee, and it went aay though after a lil jogging and movement. What do you think this could be?

Where exactly in your knee is the pain? Is it achey or sharp pain?

It may be patellar tendonitis, which is very common in younger guys, especially if you are bones are still growing There is a thread about this a few titles down. Check it out (titled nee pain, typo) it may answer your questions.
