i have a pain in my armpit after any pressing. The pain is the tendon that attaches to my bicep and runs thru my armpit into my pec. Its not a strained pec which i have had about three differant times. I always strain my pec when i do 405 on flat more than three times. Anyways the tendon is just a little sore, it just feels inflamed. What is this tendon and how do i get it to quit. I still am able to train as hard as ever, it is just annoying. I think the crucifix holds and cleaning the 210 log is what started all of this.

A massage might help loosen up your tendons a bit and I've always found that to be helpful. I used to have severe shoulder issues when I swam and those tendons were always "tight as piano strings." Massage was great for helping me with that. Aside from that, stretching, ice and all that jazz could never hurt. I would recommend stretching a lot!!! I find that I don't stretch nearly enough for the types of activities I do and if you started doing that on a regular basis, it'd probably help with your lifting.
