Slept like a rock on the plain due to extreme exhaustion from the previous weeks hard training. Training at 230am before leaving for the airport at 5am was a good idea. Landed in Beijing yesterday at 2pm and went straight to the gym for training and photo shoot and promo event. Got a 2 hour massage for $30 that was awesome and then slept most of the night. Got u at 530am and trained heavy. Our hotel has an awesome gym. Ivanko bumper plates and bars, full size power rack, hammer strength, heavy DBs etc etc. And get this, there is also a cold pool set at 59 degress. This place is awesome! The food is great too and very cheap. They are working my butt off. I have a 10 minute break right now between photo shoots so I thought drop you guys a line. woops they are calling me... back to work (if you can call it that!!!)
glad y'all made it over there safely!! sounds amazing. so far, so good :KD:

霍普你在中国有一段大的时光。带回来画。
Hope you are having a great time! Don't forget to take pictures. I think you should do a scrapbook of all of the places you and Callie have been.

Yeah Jesse, after you win worlds sit down and make a scrapbook. Than right in your diary about how everything has been lately, do some stitching that you have been meaning to catch up on and FINALLY watch season 1 of Alley McBeal on DVD. Just kidding  It would be cool to see all the different people and places around the world.

OKOK, I see your point. I know it sounds a little goofy and I am sure he does not have time to even think about it. I think it helps you remember the people you meet and places you have been. So it may not be practicle but it would be pretty cool to check out. Maybe he can upload the pictures and I can make a online scrapbook for the forum to checkout.

Your hotel sounds like it has a better gym than my 50,000 square foot health club. I hope you take the freakshow down this year.

Noooo, it's not a time issue. A man who moves 400 pound boulders does not make scrapbooks...or wear Birkenstocks.
