From looking at MTV.com it looks like the show is on at 10pm Pacific time (west coast)

But my t.v. menu says 7pm pacific standard time.

Never saw that show before, Jesse. Great to see you such a widely known network.

Funny stuff. lol @ cheese rolling.
I thought it was pretty cool. Though it was a short spot in a show that is like a SNL version of Sportscenter (Think "The Ocho" in the movie "Dodgeball"), it was funny.

Didn't get to watch because I don't have cable. :( Anyone want to tell me what happened?

I like the format. I thought it was cool how they sort of took jabs at you, and you played it off.
"So, when did you know you wanted to be the world's 2nd strongest man?"
"Oh, you WON that world's 2nd strongest man contest! You get the prize."
Funny stuff, pretty cool, I liked it.

I laughed histerically at that part. That kid, even though it was just for fun, looked so scared saying those words to you. It was great exposure for the sport. It showed a lighter side to a 300lb man. Im glad i got it on tape along with nee's true life episode.

I liked the parts with you Jesse. Good clips. The rest of the show was irritating because of the announcers. They just need to do a show with you all from Sequim doing crazy stunts...that would be really cool!!

It was nice to see more exposure and coverage for strongman, but really...
That show sucked.
They tried too hard. It was like watching a spinoff of Napoleon Dynamite done by high school kids. I ended up fast-forwarding until it came to the very small excerpts with Jesse in them. I felt dumber after watching that show, and even felt robbed of the time I lost, I could have been doing something much more productive, like performing lasik on myself or slamming various bodyparts in car doors.

I think my favorite part was "catfish noodling".
"Catfish are our friends".

What I thought was beautiful was that every third obscure sport or so was created in oregon. Table climbing hahah. That and I like how they just left labron james in a cube for most of the show and then asked him really dumb questions that really pissed him off.

I agree. If Jesse wasn't on that show I would have changed it about 5 minutes in.

You hit the nail with that Joshua. I also thought it was terrible and kinda got a vibe as though the sport was being mocked or misrepresented. I guess I was hoping for a shorter version of the "True Life" episode with Kevin or "Timeless" with Kara, both of which were good for the sport and well produced.

Damn, I guess I am in the minority here, I thought the show and the announcers were very funny, but then I don't take myself or too much of anything seriously. It was definately better than all the serious/reality TV crap on now. BTW other than strongman and NFL I don't watch TV.

I'm with Joshua Davis on this one. I must admit I went in expecting a more serious format ala "Real Life" (documentry) or "MTV Sports with Dan Cortez" (general exposure). Knowing what it was before hand I may have not found it so irratating. Some of the video clips were interesting and seeing exposure of more obscure comps was also interesting but the comintators were very irratating.

I think my favorite part was "catfish noodling".
"Catfish are our friends".
I saw an episode of Dirty Jobs done on Catfish Noodling... the host, Mike Rowe, asked "So how do I know it's a catfish and not a mudturtle or an alligator?" The noodler's responded "If it bites and lets go, it's a catfish".
The epitome of redneck olympic sports.

I liked it. Keep Jesse around in the studio and cut to him lifting odd objects just prior to commercial breaks. Cool premise for a show. The commentators could take it down an notch or two.
