Whats the usual diameter of stones used in competition? Probably 200-350.

From what I have seen, 18 inches has been the most common. Some have had 19's and 20's. Neverseen a round stone in comp. bigger than that.

if the stones are made from just concrete, an 18" stone will weigh around 230 and a 21" stone will weigh something like 370. it's a safe bet to say they are all between 17" and 22" for men's competition.
