I don't know about his form, because half of the time he's off camera, but if those numbers are acurate, he's using weights the likes of which I have never seen.

For example, if that deadlift is really 136kgs, or 300lbs, the the bar is very, very heavy.

20+ reps on an HG300 (regardless of how seasoned it is) and a no set CoC#3 are very worthy accomplishments.

mainly body sculpture plates, you cant get them on the net anymore from what i can tell, there the same as what lou uses to pump up in pumping iron (pretty old!)

theres one 10 kilo, one 15 kilo, four 7.5 kilos, an two 5 kilo plates each side, plus the bar - i weigh everything i use to exact weight, thats why you get random numbers like 306

hg300 aint seasoned too much, ive had it only a few months an have not used it much, its one of the new ones with a small spread though, its easy - id say its like 2.5 rather than the 2.7 or whatever the ones before averaged at - i think id get 30 odd if i maxed now
