I just recently started doing Yoke...so far, my best for 85 feet is 610. The weight is relatively light and manegable, to the point where I was walking at a very fast pace, but I can't get the damn thing to stop swining. It seems like once it starts swining, its over for you. Any tips/hints?

Thanks,
Mike Pelosi

Are your hands high (like holding the bar to squat)?
Have you tried having your hands on the side rather than the top?

you have to take small steps in the beginning and gradually lengthen them. you have to be a smooth as possible starting out so the weights don't start swinging in the first place

Brandon, I wasn't clear on what exactly a MOFO was but this came up on a Google image search and I was curious as to how a MOFO is involved in yoke walking?
