Hi I'm new here, my names Jamie, and I'm currently doing the Kazmaier routine.

But I've modified the sets as it will ruin my CNS.
My MAXES are -
BP - 140lbs
SQ - 154lbs
DL - 340lbs

There not as good as you guys our there but I hope to improve them, I'm 16, 5'10, 154lbs in weight, and the only way I can get protein is to put bananas, milk, tuna into a blender and take that, but it's working (my mam won't let me have any.

way to go. us young gunns are here together, by the way nice dl. just keep training and you'll get there im setting goals for myself that way i have something to work for, right now im aiming for a 450lb dl, what about you?
other than tuna what other types of meat are you eating?

Ps. do you really expect to be as strong as people who have probably been training longer than youve been alive? they all started somewhere ad im sure all are willing to help you if ever you have any questions.
