Help posting vids question

I just finished making my thick bar and wanted to post a vid. But, it is in a video format not supported by this forum, does anyone know how to convert a vid from one format to the next?

Mac there are a ton of different programs out there that will convert from one video format to another, try a google search on what format you have and what you want to convert to and you should get lots of choices. Most will have a demo download that is free for 30 days or has limited capabilites or puts a water mark on the video or you can buy one. What editing software are you using now? It should have some conversion abilities in it already.

Also if the file is not that large you can email it to me and I can convert it for you, I have quite a few video editing packages.

I recorded the video on my palm OS phone (Treo 650). It uses .3g2 technology. I'll email the file to you and let me know what's going on. Thanks
