I know a fair number of rotator cuff exercises from my swimming days if you think that would help... but a torn rotator cuff is pretty serious and I'm not certain that these exercises would be totally appropriate for such a serious injury. Just let me know if you want me to send a detailed description.

You could look into this...it might give you some help. I've heard great things about the DVD thus far.

Generally RC rehab consists of a lot of external rotation work as this is typically neglected by most weightlifters. The other thing that has helped with my shoulders is scapular adduction or retraction exercises. My favorite is lying with my heels on the edge of a bench and holding onto a racked barbell in a plank position and pulling myself up until my chest touches the bar. Think of a bench press in reverse. I would also stop doing full bench press or dumbell presses.

Corey no nats for me my shoulder was wrecked at Xenia hence the two reps at 200#log. Should have been between 12-15. I can't even put a bar on my back to squat So I have been deadlifting and leg pressing a lot pulled 550#for 8 with just a belt.
Michael thanks for the responce thats what my physical therapist has me doing exteranl rotations till I start crying. It seems to be helping I've got full range of motion back with minimum pain. Hopefully I will be back to full strength by Chicago's strongest man next spring
