Jamie if you had ordered by 9:00am this morning you would have got it tomorrow morning. They only ship on Monday - Wednesday, and Thursday at owners risk. So most likely if you order tonight it would be Tuesday morning.

Guy's, I'd like to give grass feed beef a try. Do you all have an extra frezer and how does it come packaged? Jesse, thanks for the great site and all the time you spend on here and keeping it up.

I have an extra freezer in the garage, you can get them fairly cheap at sears or the classifieds and it comes in real handy. All I have bought is the ground beef and it comes packaged in 1 lb sealed plastic bags, makes it real handy for thawing.

I got my order yesterday. Let me tell you opening that cooler and seeing 50 1lb packages of beef made me hungry!

haha Shawn I know what you mean. I almost get a feeling of dread too though when I realize I have to eat ALL 50 pounds in less than 10 days...
Matt, thanks man~! The beef comes in a cooler in a box and is tightly packaged. All orders are shipped 1-day air. Slick as can be!

Jesse, are you eating the 75% beef that comes in 50 lbs. I'm going to order some tomorrow, what kind should I be eating? Isn't the 75% all fat or is the fat good for me? Thanks

Well Matt it just depends on what you're trying to do and what the rest of your diet looks like. Yes, I always eat the 75%. I eat little to no suger and my carbs are from quality sources like brown rice, yams and some potatos.
