Hi Jesse
It's very cool of you to have a forum as good as this one. I'm a new member( my real name is Chris Dardin) and just wanted to say hello and let you know you and Magnus Ver Magnusson are the best Strongmen I've ever seen. My brother and I met you when you were in Essington Pa, at the Lagoon. We went up to you after the competition when you were sitting on the chair and I told you that you provided many hours of entertainment on ESPN, and you said " You know what , it IS entertainment". My brother asked you if you did 20 rep squats. You said yes, and that you do them all the time. You took alot of time to talk to us and we appreciate it very much. Anyway, this is a great forum you have started and I hope you win the competition coming up. Anyone who can pick up a 380 some pound stone has to be one of the strongest Strongman competitors of all time. The stones are a true measure of strength. Good Luck, Jesse. Anyway, my question is what excercise is THE most important one to do. My guess would be squats or the clean and press??? If you had to pick only one. Thanks, Jesse.

P.S. I hope to see you in Minnesota
