Jesse - a dumb question is "green" green??

I ask this hoping that you buy into the old addage that ther is no such thing as a stupid question.. what exactly do you mean by green veggies?? I am assuming broccilli, green beans and lettuce.. is ther anything else that might not be "green" but is green??

IMO you can eat whatever veg you want, dont go sick on things like carrots or veggies that are not really green... Just watch the serving, or have them earlier in the day, and do count the not truely green to your carb intake...I tell my clietns that no one ever got fat from eating too many veggies

ya, what the boss said. My favorite greens are spinach, asparagus, artichoke, broccoli, and romane letuce.
