Ok, Saturday early i woke up with my arm half asleep. You know like you laid on it for to long and its half asleep. It was all throbbing and had shooting pains with my hand all numb and tingly. So I sat up believing it would stop and the pain would go away but it did not. Sat and Sun my right arm and hand had throbbing pain along with numbness and the sharp tingling pains just like if it had fallen asleep. I put a heating pad under my upper back thinking I had pulled some thing. By Monday it was a little better still had the pain and tingles but I was able to work. No lifting...I was afraid my grip would not hold. Today it is a little better but still there. I went to the gym to try and work it out it out. There is no real pain any where in my back some tight spots and some dull aches nothing out of the ordinary. Any ideas?
