Dave, the owner of Max Kettlebells, sent me this workout to do with my 130 lb bell. Now being one to shy from a challenge, I'm going to give it a try when I get back from www.thefitexpo.com (http://www.thefitexpo.com)

Jesse:
try this one...

kb clean for 15 each side
kb squat pull (high pull from floor)20reps
kb press 15 each side
kb squat pull 20
bw chin ups whatever you can get

rest 3-5 minutes, repeat 5x. 3 days per week.
when you can complete workout add an exercise or event
and drop to 3 circuits. work back up to 5 circuits,
then add another exercise, etc...
try to get to 8-10 exercises/events for at least 15
reps, 5 circuits. maybe finish with light farmer's
walk.
