is pro joint glucosomine chondroiton? there was a recent study out of I think Harward that said there was no significant effect.
in previous studies there was positive effects in about 50% of the patient population. It is typically a pretty expensive supplement. Many of the brands don't contain what they say they contain.

My Orthopedist recommended that I take it.

I like the idea of a topical cream and was wondering if anyone else has used it and if it worked for them.
