The time between Scott Porter's 1st place finish in the farmers at Nationals and the 2nd place finish.

That is stupid fast! He had time to catch his breath before the next guy even finished!

Thanks Mick. Most people didn't notice, heck even 3rd place overall Chris Berry didn't know and he was there competing against me in the LW's.

I went in to nationals unknown and came out the same. Nobody remembers who got 2nd.

But anyway, I could have taken those farmers easily another 50 ft., my speed never slowed and grip was not an issue. I'm fairly confident I could have placed top 4 in the HW's on farmers. Let's just say that I wasn't impressed with anyone's performance on farmers walk, LW's and HW's. I was expecting people to finish the course.

I guess we just tend to train that event hard out in AZ!! It's also motivating for me to have to catch Kevin Nee, who has a monster farmers walk. I'm getting close... :D

Second best in the country at ANYTHING is nothing to sneeze at. I really think that people will remember you now. Congrats again, and, hopefully we will see you guys in January. Then, we might be loading/unloading/helping at Clovis. So....if you need some equipment caddies, we should be there too.
