Where to buy a log?

I know being able to have a good log lift is essential in Strongman... Where could I go about buying one, and about how much are they on average...and don't they have a bunch of different sizes?

I got a 12" log from him for about $250 delivered...don't know if the price still holds cuz of the volitility of steel pricing but I'd give him a shot...

Yeah I think Alan's (Pitbulk) logs were used at nationals...nuf said. Also my friend that I train with has one and I just received and used mine for the first time last weekend, and I can tell you they are of the highest quality.

I agree. I purchased a 10" log from Alan and it is excellent. Plus his prices are very reasonable.

Agreed. Go with Alan on anything he regularly makes or would be willing to fabricate.
