Hello everyone! ive been browsing these forums for a while and decided to join up and post! cant believe im on the same site as jesse, haha, great job on those contests man. How are you all doing? i guess you can call me a novice but i try..

Names rob, im 17, been lifting for 1 year, due to being obese before that but now i am addicted to lifting heavy weights, lol, 505 deadlift, 300 bench, 225 press, squats in the 4's, squat partial 705.

But yeah this is me, wanted to introduce myself, and cant wait to learn some new stuff from you beast's.

I was going to cut for a while but once again i am to hungry, im 5'8 211 and about 18%, what ever i miss my milk! :D

thx man! about to hit up the cottage cheese and go to bed! big day tomorrow at the gym...300 x 20 on squats and deads in the same session, wish me luck, HAHA.

i can smell the ribs and steak after that...

fun it was, successfully did it, squats were good and all were clean parallel reps, could of did 315 no problem, deadlifts i had to rest pause alot after 10, and hitched number 20 but w/e, intense!

washed er down with some good ol baby backs :D

i was actually going to take videos of it but my friend has my camera, i have other videos that are ok, not to impressive, just taken at the moment.

i still put 505 as my deadlift max after that miss, since i revamped my form i got an easy 475 for 3, so that puts me at about 500 im assuming.
