So I decided I needed a new belt, so I got the Inzer 10mm single prong belt. I got it in today but Im worried about the sizing, I got an XL. I think it might be too big, I used the measurements off of inzers web site, I measured around where I wear my belt and it came out to 39-40inches.(the measuring tape wasn’t pulled tight, not sure if I should have pulled it tight). On the site, the LG is 36-39in and the XL is 40-43in, so I went with the XL, When I put it on today, I pulled it so there was only two holes left, once it is broken in and If I had someone to pull it I prolly could have got it to the last hole. Should I have gone with the large??

plus every time I call Inzer I get a damn women who doesn’t give a crap. pisses me off. Im trying to ask her a questions and she is like whatever. I dont want to send this one back and get the lg, if I dont even fit into it.

any help would be great

Shoulda measured yourself with the tape measure pulled as tight as the belt would be. Trade it for the large. Even if the woman on the phone is not nice, she might not be the same person who will handle the belt exchange. Who did you buy the belt from?

That's a crappy way to build a loyal following. I love my Inzer belt, but I don't understand why certain companies treat customers the way they do. As heavy as those belts are, it's not exactly free to ship, either. I suppose Inzer's already made their name... they don't need to go the extra mile.

Now, I had an issue w/ some APT gear last week and based on the way they handled it, I will ALWAYS be an APT customer.

I agree I have some APT stuff and they were great about everything. Like you, I will always go there. I would have got my belt from them, but they only have to two prong, and I wanted to single prong belt...
