Can anyone give me a new workout for tomorrow morning? I train at a high school @ 5:30 am most mornings.

Examples of what i've done: run stadium stairs, run intervals, run 110s on FB field, tossed a tire over goal post (kind of like keg toss), pull ups, abs.

Thats pretty much it. I want to get a tire to flip, but I gotta ask the athletic director if i can keep it their in the corner w/ all the other crap they have over there, then i actually have to find one.

I'm looking for strength endurance workouts like the keg toss...something that involves cardio + strength. But I am pretty limited in resources. I was going to use my 2 jump strength bands to do resistance sprints this morning my both of my training partners pussed out on me. :(

I'd appreciate new ideas!!! thanx

If it is nice in your area... maybe push your car/truck... for longer distance, do a few sets of that.. of course you can pull it if you have a harness... but just an idea...if you are looking for more conditioning, just find as light of car as possible. :BL:

How about Plyometrics on the stadium steps? Jump one, 2, 3 or 4 steps at a time..
How about trying to push over the goal post? or dead lift the stadium steps? Any type of isometric lift against an immovable object..
Instead of straight sprints.. how about agility sprints? backwards, sideways, frog jumps?

For a tire.. go to your local Trucking or construction company.. once they are bald & unsafe for the road, the company usually will give them to you for free.. so they don't have to pay the deposal fee.

What about bear crawls and/or crab walks? Lunges down the field holding the tire in various positions like out in front, over head, behind you (owww).

If you go to crossfit.com they have a lot of sprint/pullup/bodyweight excercise workouts outlined.
