it was nice to see Jesse and Mark in vegas this past week. I was visiting and Jesse was in town for a convention. Jesse was amazingly big for a guy who just had two knee procedures, and Mark was his usual thick self even with limited training due to being busy opening a new gym. We checked out Mark's new gym, and it is sweet! if anyone is in Vegas I would strongly suggest checking it out and getting a workout from one of the best. His gym is only 10 minutes southwest of the strip. Jesse's got some pics.

ya Mark's gym, Phillipi Sports Institute, is really state of the art. Indoor 40rd track, astro turf, competition line bumpers, bars and platforms, and top of the line equipment. Very nice place. thank you Mark for letting Steve and I workout before the place was even open! If anyone in the Vegas area needs personal training, PSI is without a doubt THE best place to seek physical improvement.

PSI is also working with cardiac patients who are cleared from their docs to workout again. I'm sure this is a rare service and it's certainly maintained by experts.

Steve was more fit than I have ever seen him, but still incredibly strong. I'm guessing his weight to be around 280. It was awesome hanging out with you bro. Keep it up and you'll be modeling next... Seriously, that Steve is so hot right now. so hot. steve.

I met Quinton "Q" from Pimp my Ride. Cool guy. Also met Karl Gillinghams cousin and uncle. cool guys too.

Magnus and I had a good time. We worked well together and I look forward to working with him again in the future. The entire crew from Thule were awesome. Great company. I'm really excited to endorse their products.

I saw Magnus in person for the first time at the show, he is THICK. And his arms really are THAT big. Very impressive and very nice.

Bahaha. I actually heard some of his music when I still lived in South Africa. After watching 300lb Gerrit doing shows twice, it left a sour taste in my mouth!

Does anyone know if his facility has a web site? I can't seem to find any thing on google. I would like to see what kind of set up he has inside.

I searched for one but couldn't come up with anything. I'm assuming there will be one sooner or later.

The facility is similar to NXLevel in Wisconsin, which was set up by Brad Arnett and Joe Panos. Mark went there to discuss the gym with them and have them help set it all up. Having spent some quality time at that place over the past year I'd high recommend going to either one of these places if the opportunity presents itself, they are friggin' cream dreams for us meatheads.
