A Huge Thank You for your help @ the Orlando Strongman Show

I wanted to thank all of the superb competitors who competed at THe Orlando Strongman Show. It was very nice meeeting some of you. I was so impressed. :YR:


I would also like to thank Dione Wessels for all of her help! She is such a wonderful person.

A big thank you to Tom Mitchell, and his family for all of your support and help!

Lastly I would like to say a shout out to Joshua Davis. He by far was an awesome competitor. He was such a great motivator for the competitors. I love great sportsmanship, and I love the push and drive that Joshua gave to some of competitors. :KD:

I hope to see you guys again in he future. I am going to attempt to do a strongwomen competition. I just need the right guidance and training. :LOL:

oh and if someone knows of some Strongwomen shows I would love to know the dates. Traveling is not a problem.

In addition Isabelle, I would like to personally thank you and Randy for putting on a wonderful show.

With 18 novices and 7 each in the Open Heavy’s and Light’s, we had plenty going on to keep us busy throughout the day.

The weather was kind to us and I figure we had several hundred spectators during the course of the day.

I am fully confident that Orlando will be the home of at least 1 big show per year that will hopefully include Pro, Amateur and Novice competitors.

Regarding women’s competition, I will certainly include a Women’s Division in our upcoming Florida State Championship in February, if you happen to know of any women interested in competing. :)

Randy has my number, give me a call whenever you can come over and I will introduce you to some of the various events, techniques and a bit of conditioning.
