Well I obviously had more in me, I'm a bit ashamed of myself for letting fatugue dictate the end of the set, that won't happen next time.

nice. if you put on a pair of olympic lifting shoes you'll find overhead lifting much easier. I bet you'll jump 30 pounds right away just from the added stability.

Are you kidding? Olympic shoes will do that much?!?! What about squats?

actually doing a set of ten in overheads requires a great deal of conditioning...in my own case the bar seems to be unmovable from my shoulders after 3-5 consecutive reps at the most, regardless of the weight...

Oly shoes are good for front and overhead squats, but I don't like them for back squats.
