Iv been have trouble with my AC joint now for 3 years on and off. Turns out i might have Arthirtis in the joint. My surgen said i can etheit pack in trainin for good which i dont want to do im only 25 lol, have more shots which only work for a few weeks. or have surgery to burn out the joint. but the risk is it could weaken my shoulder which is no good. Should i have the surgey done or wait to see if the imflaremation goes?

you are not going to burn any bridges by getting a shot or two. At 25 I would not think you have terrible arthritis but if you have been lifting heavy for a while and doing a lot of OHP you may.

Strengthening your rotator cuff may help alleviate some shoulder pain if all of the pain is not from your AC joint.
Make sure you are balancing out your shoulder musculature and not overdeveloping your anterior delt and ignoring your rear delt.
A distal clavicle resection (shaving off the arthritis of your AC joint) is not a bad surgery to recover from. It is a pretty small surgery.

If it was me, I would get a shot or two, see a PT to help strengthen your rotator cuff, and work more on your lats and rear delts.

I blew my AC joint apart one time. Full seperation. Took me about 2 years before I was confident enough to push hard on any true limit incline presses. Be diligent in rehabing and strengthening the surrounding areas and you might be OK. Basically you just need to be really smart about your training.
