Hey boys and girls! Check it out. I pay $150 a month for this forum out of my own pocket and purposefully make it free for you. I do this for a couple reasons.

-I think strength athletes need a safe place to gather usefull information, media and contest results without alot of junk circulating the board.

-I personally enjoy internet discussion boards but don't like the way alot of them are moderated.

-I wanted to create a kid friendly place where younger lifters can find proper training methods to safely and effectly pursue greater strength instead of flipping through porno-muscle mags on the news stands.

I reiterate the fact that this forum is free. It is free conditionally however. There is a set of rules in place that I have allowed your moderator team to create. The three primary rules forbid discussion of illegal substances in any way, profanity, and harrassment and/or bold rudeness. These rules are being broken at an increasingly frequent rate. You need to understand that this is a major pain in the neck for the moderators. Everyone loves this forum because it is unique. It's uniqueness is due entirely to the fact that we have some really awesome people moderating this place to keep it under control. Your mod team deletes and/or edits more than one hundred posts daily! When you violate the rules, you are literally robbing time from one of our mods because they have to take a moment of their day to correct your error in judgement. Our mods try hard to make this place a cool spot to hang out. They do a fantastic job with very little reward. Please take the time to thank them from time to time.

This forum is awesome, and 99.999% of our visiters are high class individuals. I love learning and sharing on here daily but dislike the frustration of constantly cleaning peoples posts. So I am taking the time to kindly asking everyone to follow the rules and to alert you to our newest rule which goes into effect now. Any violation of the rules will result in a temporary ban of one week without notice.

Let's keep this place kid and mom friendly. It is our civic duty to allow people of all ages and moral values to safely visit us here.

Finally, please stop emailing our moderators with silly personal issues. They exist to aid you with problems like lost passwords or trouble logging in, etc. If you would like to report a post there is a link within each post to do so and we encourage you to use it.

Thank you guys for being a part of the internet's best strength discussion forum. I wish you all the best in your training and sincerely hope that you reach and even excede your goals. Merry Christmas and happy new year!

yours in strength,
Jesse

PS- Thank you again Ryan for your donation to the forum!
