I do not expect Neg reps for this, please, I post this video with good intentions. Restrain your fingers from disapproving of this thread. I know that us lovers of the iron are also lovers of metal and all things Rock. Celine Dion single handedly disrespected AC/DC, Air Guitarists, Angus Young and Anastasia (she is rather good looking).

So this is a call out to all the brothers, boycott Celine, don't buy her albums for your relatives, don't let your relatives or friends receive her albums. Ask them to burn their albums that they own.

If you didn't make it through the whole video, don't worry, I got a nosebleed watching it.
Seriously.

Now, to return things to it's natural order.

Does anyone really care? None of her fans give a crap about metal, they will keep buying her albums. When your rich you can say what you want.

YouTube is slow as hell today for some reason. Anyway, this is terrible. Why post it?

Because some people on here no doubt like the Titanic song and as Joshua said, might think she's cute with her Ethiopian thighs. It's just merely bringing out the truth.

Man, I accidentally played that crap in front of my new born daughter! Man, I hope she does not become screwed up because of this. BTW this video also greatly disrespects the cow bell.

So I guess I need to return her greatest hits album?

Hard (or easy?) to boycott something I would never buy in the first place.

Speaking of travesty, I present you another take on AC/DC.
It is better than Dion's, though.

To make me get rid of my Celine Dion albums, you'd have to pry them from Dan Harrison's cold, dead fingers.

Seriously Dan, give them back!

As someone who works in the music industry I am both shocked and appalled. That video is more painful to watch than the squatting accident. I am going to have to listen to at least 30 hours of Fugazi just to make the world right again.

So how much of that 30 hours is just Ian McKay forcing you his views? If it is a live c.d. it's easily gotta be 29 hours.
I'm just picking. Please keep being my friend on myspace.

The thing is, Dan likes Meatloaf, alot. This shows that he does have at least some good taste in music.

I honestly have an unhealthy dislike for that which was shown in the video. (I can't bring myself to type it's name, let alone say it)

Thanks for the nightmares................. :disgust:

Looks like Shania had a go on the song too.

It could be seen as worse than Celines version, although it does sound like a different song altogether.

Is it the end of the world or what? This is wrong at its wrongest! I watched about 3 seconds of both Shania and Celions version and I had to stop it, how could they destroy such a great rock anthem? This is all a bad joke right? I m having a nightmare and I going to wake up soon right guys? Guys?....

I could agree with that. I however probably think the Celine version is worse because they tried to emulate AC/DC more, while Shania made it completely different. Plus she's living in New Zealand right now. And... she just happens to look like this.

And for three years too. Nothing wrong with Jason Newstead as a bass player, he's a perfectly good, heavy bass player. When you think that Justice for All and the Black Album are both post-Cliff he must be doing something right...

Nice videos though. I had that concert on video... not sure what happened to it actually...
