This thread is dedicated to sending get well wishes to Big Bach.
Everyone has probably seen the horrific video of Big Brian Bach crashing to the floor with a loaded barbell on his back. The video was posted by one of his spotters, Steve P. who owns Iron Sport Gym where the accident occured.
Update from Steve P. 12-26-06 - During the accident he broke his femur in one leg and both lower bones in the other leg. He also tore up his one knee really bad. He had three surgeries in the following three days. He will be in the hospital until almost new years and will have to live in a rehab facility for a few months when he gets out.
Big Bach,
Hey buddy I hope this thread helps to cheer you up a little bit. Injuries are so depressing... I know what you're feeling right now. Keep your head up and know that you have brothers and sisters in iron all over the world sending you positive vibes. You are in our thoughts and prayers and we here at the Marunde house and all of us in the Sequim Crew wish you a speedy recovery and a positive attitude throughout your rehab process. Be strong, and stay strong! It doesn't seem like it now, but the truth is you will be back to normal before you know it!
