Hello everyone,

First of all congratz to all members, and especially to Jesse for creating such a wonderful forum (And sorry for my bad english ;) )

I'm Dries Willaert and I'm from Belgium. I'm 18 years old (almost 19) and weight 110kg (242lbs). I've been doing powerlifting meets for more then 3 years now, my personal bests are squat 325kg (715lbs), bench-press 215kg (475lbs) and deadlift 300kg (660lbs). I'm two times champion of the world in the GPC federation.

I have done 2 B-Strongman competitions so far and I like it a lot, so a few months ago (after the world championships) I decided to quit powerlifting and focus me completely on training for Strongman Competitions. A big factor in my decision is the fact that I'm getting sick of all the Suits and Shirts, I don't like where they are bringing the beautiful sport of powerlifting.

Anyway, thx for your attention and I hope I can learn alot and have a lot of fun here at this forum!

Welcome aboard. You are really strong, especially for being 19. That is impressive.
