[Ross Martin]

My name is Ross Martin i train Strongman at Total Performance Sports in MA i just turned 19. this seems like the forum to post on. I was injured in september wiht a torn meniscus and i had sugury on it to have 30% of it removed on Nov 3rd. today was my first lift since i was hurt. I look forward to posting on this forum seems like theres alot of cool folk to chat with.

Finally Ross, you have come over!

Ever since Ross has had his surgery, he has not shut up about how bad he wants to start squatting and deadlifting again. When I first started training with him, he lacked some motivation and just didnt seem to have his head straight on, but now he's one of the most inspired athletes in our gym.
