Has anyone had any luck in making an cheap inexpensive adjustable box for box squats??
I am looking to make one out of wood or do it yourself type metals; just thought someone might have a few ideas.

Maybe just make multiple wooden boxes that are like 6 - 12 inches high each, but make them so they are stackable.

I enjoyed the article on making a concrete weight pit about middle of the page

Indeed, a good article on the weight pit. The author failed to mention that you could easily conceal bodies under the concrete. Just sayin.

This is how I made mine the base is 12 inches, then has a 4 inch, and 2 inch addition so can have anywhere from 12, 14, 16,18" uses gutter spikes to drop in and hold the peice from sliding SOLID S.O.B as well.

This is my box. Each layer is a 1.8cm thick board of wood with a piece of rubber glued under it. We train with three people (167cm, 184cm, 188cm) so it's a good box to change hights fast. It's also very stable, the rubber stops the boards from moving backwards.
