icecream HA moment on the lips life time on the hips!! When ever my clients cheat on thier diets I sing them a song

"Chocolate, Icecream, Potato Chips. Thats what gave me big fat hips"

You are what you eat....

Try putting muslemilk on the freezer for like 10 minutes then eat it witha spoon!!! Another alturnative is adding tons of ice in the muscle milk and blend!!

If you must cheat try the fat free, no sugar added ice milk. The only sugar in it is what's naturally in the milk and it doesn't taste that bad. I have a spoonful every now and then to beat the sugar cravings. Either that or diet coke.

2 options if you must, frozen low fat whipped cream, or I believe it is 8th continent that makes a soy milk called very vanilla that when frozen is off the chain. not too much though unless you are like me and want to be the next glenn ross. hahahahahahaha

Just get an ice cream maker and make it yourself with flavored whey protein (I can't believe nobody has done this). I used to do this a while back until I got lazy and reverted to the real thing. The recipe is from memory, but should be accurate.

2 egg yolks (beaten), 2.5 cups 1% milk, 1.5 cup whey protein (any flavor), 1 cup half & half, .5 cup dry nonfat non dairy creamer, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt.

In a , mix the egg yolks, protein with the milk and salt. Cook over medium heat just to boiling point stirring constantly.
Do NOT let it boil.

Transfer the mixture into a chilled bowl to cool and refrigerate for up to 3 hours, stirring the mixture from time to time. When cool, stir into the mixture the half & half, dry creamer and vanilla and mix at low speed until smooth. Put in your ice cream maker etc.

It has a slightly lighter texture, tastes slightly less sweet than regular ice cream and a little less creamy, but it's pretty good and you don't get the funky taste any artificial sweeteners. Makes about 48 oz. of ice "cream", about 12 4 oz. servings. with roughly 2.5 g of fat per serving, 4 g CHO and a buttload (yes, that's a technical term) of protein depending on which brand you use.

I always say, "Eat anything you want, when you want".
As long as you are active and conduct some High Intensity Training, you'll work
it off.
However, If you hate CARDIO, Remember, "Eat Clean & Look Clean"....
I eat a big Bowl of Rocky Road Icecream everyday and sometimes 2.
(I Don't right now because I'm in Iraq, it's over 110 degrees here)
A matter of fact I eat whatever I want. But like everyone before stated
you need a huge amount of Quality MEAT (PROTEIN). There is no SUBSITUTE.....
That's what make a person 200lbs + , low BF and as strong as an OX!!!!

Hit it Hard, or not at All....

Patrick I hear you man, I have the metabolism of a rock, a big slow rock!! But you are young so keep working out and eating smart and your metabolism will increase. Just try to stay away from the binge eating, always been my problem, well that and Beer.

Good luck in leaning up man.

Patrick,

Don't listen to what Callie posted earlier...she doesn't know what she is talking about. I eat 1/2 gallon at a time, and I still carry 6% bodayfat on my frame :p

Tillamook Marionberry Pie is a favorite, or the Umpqua Strawberry flavor is what I miss up here in Washington! I used to stop at Rice Hill all the time for that Umpqua ice cream stand!

Dude, ice cream is for women. And so is chocolate, by the way. Those 2 "foods" are feminine in nature. Do as Jesse says....STEAK.

I take some over the counter stuff to help me digest it, but trust me when I tell you, I know where my strategic stops are when I'm working!LOL!!! Some things upset my stomach more than others. For instance, whole milk and 2% milk don't mess me up as bad as ice cream or cheese. So I have to pick and choose my battles wisely. I tend to stay away from ice cream and cheese because I prefer to take my protein with 2% milk.
