The web site is accurate.

It is a hard time getting timing right, and we are just waitting to see if Phil want's to do any voice overs.

Since this is a "How To" video. We need to make sure everything says what we need it to say.

Everyone willget a lot of good ideas from the video, if not a good 12 week program.

I though i heard about a misha koklyaev training dvd or some kinda dvd, i think gemma posted it, anyone know anything about that?
