This is the Iron Haven Gym. It's part shop, part gym, all hard work. When I first moved in, I thought a 2 car garage would be enough space but it really isn't. I'd still like to get my heavy bag and speed bag set up somewhere...

Those blocks of wood are beam cutoffs from a job site I worked on and I figured they would come in handy for something. When it comes to heavy stuff, I'm a packrat. I've considered bolting them all together to create an uberblock.

You´ve got some nice stuff there, i´m jealous. don´t have any space at home so i have to workout at a comecial gym where people do curls and kickbacks in the squat rack.
cant wait to move to a house with a garage.

are those grippers COC or do you use heavygrips?

I've got CoC's, Heavy Grips, RB's, and Beef Builders hanging up there.

The chainmaille bra is there mainly as a conversation piece :) I used to weave a lot of rings.

Iron Haven??? Sounds pretty gay, dude..... you should call it "THE DUNGEON OF DEATH" or "SATAN'S TORTURE CHAMBER"

Man, if I had a home gym like that, I'd probably wear that chain mail bra

garage gyms are the best! I trained solo in a garage all through highschool and whenever I was home from college. good stuff!
