Limitations??

Hey guys, I've just finished editing a video of Jesses weekend in the Uk and wanted it to be reasonable quality (for an internet file at least) but the video is 4 mins long and its 26.4Mb....as Im new to the forum, I dont know how big of a file I can upload!

Anyone got an idea??
