I just saw this commericial and HAD to tell everyone about quite possibly the greatest exercise equipment ever invented!

The sad thing is, I actually own a similar product, but mine was only like $70 or so.

I can actually use it as a viking press too, although the machine is flimsy as hell.

almost anything will add an inch to the arms of the kinda person that owuld buy such a device. Including standing in a mirror, flexing, and wishing they were bigger for 5 minutes a day.

Like several have said, anything works...for six weeks.

So I've got the money saved but can't figure out where to shift the Bowflex so there's space for it. I'll probably have to toss the Thigh Blaster too. :confused:

LOL, I sure due, my brother-in-law had one and would agrue with my dad and myself (free weight fanatics) that it was better than free weights.
