Has anybody heard the results of the Strongest in the West yesterday? :BP:

Scott Brengel 3rd. Scott as most of us know is a Lightweight Pro, but decided to go & jump with the Big Dogs!

Scott Brengal competed as a heavyweight and placed in the top three. Also in the top three were Chris StClair, and Kevin Kinzy. Rocco Lioghio said he was a little off, but he still looked strong, especially in the stones placing all five stones. I could not hear what the order was at the event.

The hernia is healing well and I am lifting again. There has been no pain, but it takes awhile to build up strength without re-injuring myself. It is killing me that I can't be out there competing. Hopefully it won't be long and I can throw my hat in the ring again.

The show was FAST...about 2.5 hours including the awards. The women kicked ass all day and the crowd was great. I had a blast.

Jesse, Corey and Grant were great and I wish them luck in Venice next weekend. I'll be there supporting all of you and my So Cal boy Jim Glassman.

I bought one of the Marunde-Musle shirts too - black. They look great. You all should buy one!
