wats with the saying ya buddy!! jesse says it and in ronnie colemans video he says it when he gets excited and before hes about to lift to pump himself up. is it just a sayin, or something weightlifters say to pump themseves up?

actually, my buddy joel, who I said that to in another post, is a former soccer player. athletic but not a man-eater. he says it, so I said it to him. didn't know I was furthering a catch phrase's popularity. :eek:
