Man have you guys checked the prices from Egg Whites Int.? You can get 4 gallons of egg whites for 112.00 !!! That's a heck of alot of protein! Also, a small percentage of your purchase goes toward the monthly 150.00 cost of keeping this forum hosted and FREE!!!

Once your body digests all of its available protein, your body thinks it is starving itself. To protect you, your body shuts down and starts storing your fat cells. The blood sugar still needs protein to keep you going, so it starts consuming the only protein source available, your own muscle mass. Basically, you are storing fat and eating muscle.

By drinking a high protein drink with liquid egg whites just before you go to bed, they will support muscle growth for up to 4 to 5 hours. Now the process is reversed for most of your sleep time. They have helped me while trying to maintain weight for meets, which for me isn't easy.

I just wanted to point out the difference between the Liquid Egg Whites by Egg Whites Int and Raw Egg Whites, if you don't believe me do a quick search on google. I don't want anyone getting sick and or wasting their money! :EP:

I talk to people all day long that use raw egg whites and mention that they have never really noticed a difference with them, yikes! I always hate to tell them they haven't been getting the true value of the egg white!

all I know is liquid egg whites WORKS! I swear by it. I've been drinking it in all my shakes, 3 times a day for several months now and have never been this strong. My stomach handles it with ZERO problems.

I eat them everyday. I cook them up and add what ever I feel like, onions green peppers, or nothing at all! they are bomb!

Liquid Egg Whites are great, its such a quick and conveinient way to get in the extra protein. Only down side is that they go kinda fast and arent that cheap either...I think of them as a welcome treat every so often.

Actually, if you buy pasteurized eggs you're ok. It's where they heat the egg just well enough to get full nutrient absorption and kill salmanella. Is that the same principle liquid eggs work under?

Yup, you are exactly right! As the eggs are pasturized you get all the benefits of the egg protein and none of the salmonella, no extra ingredients with the Liquid Egg Whites!
