Flat soled shoes

I hate the Chucks as well. I have been using these to train in and so far I really like them.

Those soles look too thick... Wrestling shoes might work... I work out at the University Rec here in Pullman WA, the squat platforms are made out of wood and boy are they slick with the wrong material

Little expensive but shot put shoes from adidas are flat i used them a couple times with success. They like 79-120 Though lol. I had them laying around from my Track days.

There are some retro runner sport shoes that are flat soled now a days look around they look like sprinter spikes.

Something I learned from the Nowacks was to wear light to medium weight hiking shoes. Not the boots wear the shoes. I have some merrils and they are awesome. I wear them for every thing from olympic lifting to squating to yoke and farmers. Another thing I would reccommend would be olympic lifting shoes. You can find some cheap pais on the internet through vs athletics.

Get some Adidas Superstars. Take the insoles out of them if you like a firm footplant. If you like mid/high tops get the Adidas Pro Models. Both are better than Chucks.

the adidas samba's are good flat soled shoes, theyre made for indore soccer and theyre super comfy.

I hope that you are all happy because this blasphemy has caused Chuck to turn in his grave. Chuck T's are the only perfect shoe and that is why they have not needed to change in all these years. TIMES CHANGE, BUT CHUCK T'S WILL STAY THE SAME.... PERFECT!!!
