I just met Phil's mom in the PAX terminal here at Ramstein. She is a retired Colonel and is an M.D. She is super nice and was so excited about somebody knowing Phil. Aparently she doesn't know how many fans he has. She gave me a stack of his autographs and some of his cards. If anyone would like his autographed picture I still have 5 I think and could mail it to whoever wants it.

I met Phil a few years ago. Great guy! But you don’t meet too many butt heads in our sport. Every Pro I've met has been very gracious.

Well she is pretty tall. I'm 5'10" and she was a bit taller than me. The giant hands are a stretch though. She is very athletic though. She was telling me that she used to run the Boston marathon for the Army and that she still exercises and does pushups and situps every day.
