That dumbell in your avitar is pretty sweet, how was it made and how much does it weigh?

Its at Los Capeones in Minneapolis. I think its just a steel bar set into two mini atlas stones. Its a beast, but I don't recall how much it weighs...
BTW, I'm not Chris.

Maybe Canada will chime in on how it was made or where he got it.. but, Matt is right. I think its just a 2 inch steel handle with two atlast type concrete balls on the end.

I have one of those as well, Jason Adamski made it, mine weighs 140lbs, it is friggin sweet :EL:

That has me thinking....thick handles set in lead balls rather than concrete balls. Wouldn't look as tough, but would be worth making.
