My good friend Krystle McDonald has now joined one of the best forums for strenth, nutrtion, and all around entertainment-marunde muscle. Ive known Krystle for two years, but she just joined a gym and began a brand new lifestyle of health and fitness two months ago. She's already lost close to 30lbs on the diet shes on, and is making incredible strides in health/cardiovascular conditioning as well. She beasts up the circuits and always wants to do more...she comes out of the tanning booth and wants to hop right back on abs.
What Im most proud of her about is that her first time benching she doubled 100lbs easy this past Monday, raw with horrible form and has signed on to do a bench meet in November. She's 19 years old as well. She's really into the strength athletics scene so I thought id bring her over here to mingle. She was so against it at first, but now she wants to train every day. Truly brings a tear to my eye!!! lol
Join in Krystle!

Thanks mike for the intro it was awesome! Thank you everyone im still pretty new to all this. I started dieting and exercising because i was sick of being lazy and not doing anything with my life. I really wanted to play sports but couldnt because of my weight and how out of shape i was. I was miserable all the time i knew i had to do something to change this lifestyle. I went to mike and he helped me out so much. Now i am on a diet and im training hard for my every first contest which im excited about! im just glad i can learn alot from people on here to help me on this journey!

Hey again. Welcome to the forum. I have learned a lot from mostly lurking here and chatting and such from guys like Harrison, Marunde, Brouse and Selcho, Mike P and even Nik Rao (but don't tell him that, he already loves himself enough). You'll do really well with Mike in your corner and you'll learn a lot here along the way.
Ryan.

You are at the right place now... the members on this forum definetly will go out of their way to help you out. even if you are kind of shy you can read peoples post and workouts. I love doing that and their will be a ton of videos for you to watch. Sometimes i sit and watch Deadlift videos for like an hour. On you tube it is like a domino effect they just keep coming. Anyways welcome and what contest are you doing? Later
