hey man how do you like where you live? What is there to do there? How far are you from Port Angeles? What is the weather like year round? I just recieved a call from a man that might want me to come work in Port Angeles. Also cost of living? good/bad?

I love it hear. rarely snows but isn't too hot in the summer. we train outdoors year round with very little discomfort. I live 15 minutes from PA. We're 2 miles from the ocean with a view of the mountains. cost of housing is on the rise, but it's still cheaper to live here than Seattle.

I don't know what there is to do here, all we do is eat, sleep and lift.

Ill be flying into Seattle on the 25th of this month to do a job interview up there in Port Angeles. Do you have any recommendations on hotels or things of the sort? I know the town is incredibly small (compared to houston) which usually means not much of a selection. Also how far are you from Canada and do you go there much? We train outdoors year round here too but in the summer it is usually 95-104 so training up there would be a nice little change hahahahahahaha.

I don't know which hotels are good to stay at in PA. I only know of one in sequim and I don't know the name of it. sorry I'm not much help there.

we can see Victoria from Sequim and PA. it's abuot 30 miles actross the water. A ferry goes back and forth. I've actually never been there though.

there's a super 8 right as you're coming into port angeles from the east, its not too bad as far as cheaper hotels go. what kinda job are you interviewing for, if you dont mind me asking?

Ill be interviewing for a mortician/funeral director positon in Port Angeles this coming Fri. So that super 8 is my best bet? Ive heard yall only have 2 exits so I think that limits my options. hahahahahahaha

Oh yeah apparently the correct pronunciation of SEE-QUIM is SQUIM I got corrected on that yesterday. hahahahhaahahahahaha

Jesse- you never compete in Canada? Seems as though that would be closer than most comps in the states. Speaking of which is there a Canadian equivalent to NAS inc.?

I don't know about Canadas NASS. Maybe Jamie or Geoff knows.

There aren;'t many comps in the west part of canada. I would love to get invited to some canadian shows.

There is a Red Lion Hotel on the water with a classy sea food restaurant The Crab House. It's on the main road as you get into Port Angeles.
