Hello everybody. My name is Justin and i am 18 years old, i just joined this site. I apologize if this is not the correct forum to be asking this question, but i need a little help. I have been lifting for some time now, but i really want to get into power lifting and strongman competitions. My question is what is a good diet for this.(Nutrition/Supplements etc...) Also what are some routines for these lifting styles etc...? Anyways i train for football a lot, but never for any special event or competition. I Just turned 18 and am 6-3 and 295 pounds and hopefully not done growing yet. If anybody has any words of advice or wisdom for me i would greatly appreciate it.

Welcome Justin!!! I'm sure you'll find plenty of info to get you started here on the forum... Just try not to get too overwhelmed, lol.
