Jono, I split 3 beers with one of my best friends at the USA vs. Ecuador match yesterday. That's the most I drank... and tonight, I might have a glass or two of scotch, but truth be told, probably not...

Recovery of my shoulder will be the best birthday present ever, I have physical therapy tonight, then I am coming home and doing front squat walkouts to start toughening up my collarbone and stretch out the muscle fiber in my front delt... so I can start doing cleans again.
