WERKSAN Questions

A recent post here peaked my interest in WERKSAN. Does Kraiberg make their training (black bumpers) bumpers ? That being the case (I have a pair of K-bergs), will WERKSANs fit an York Oly bar as my K-bergs do :confused: . Second, will their training steel smaller kg plates fit york still, and third, what is the knurling like on a WERKSAN adult comp and training (olympic) bar?

Yes, york or any other plate will fit on the Weksan bars.

The knurling is a little smoother than the elieko competition bar that we have. The lifters at our gym prefer to train on the werksan bar, It doesn't beat the skin on your hand up as much after a long training session.

I like the werksan knurling. Its fine, but not very rough. Eleiko bars feel like fine sandpaper.

The only plates that Ive seen that dont work with other brands is Uesaka (man I love those plates though).
