I think that two of my 3 orders came within 2-3 days, and only one took longer, which at 4-5 days for a shipment you still can't complain.

Top notch. I had a minor issue with the new 07 Rehband knee sleeves where one sleeve was clearly smaller than the other one, but they were both marked as XL. A factory defect I'm sure, no matter though because Jackals got me taken care of without a hassle.

Yeah, mine too, only it wasn't about time to ship, it was over how long it took to respond to an order. But it must have been a rare occurance, cuz everybody else loves them.

One thing, if I may comment :) please make reaching you easier. The email goes to webmaster, and we almost never get even the hint of an acknowledgement when we send you guys an email... and your phone number is nowhere to be found. Yes, you will have the occasional twat sending you clueless emails, but you'll have a majority of well-intended customers asking you real questions.

Other than that, you guys rock... I'm in Canada and I always get my stuff real quick. Thanks again Jackals! ;)

Please keep in mind that Karl has a regular job as well as Jackyl's gym. Being that he spends most of his time on the phone at work he tries to maintain communications through e-mail. So he is not tied up on the phone all night. He trains when he gets off work and then packages stuff up at night till midnight and then back at it the next day. I never ever had a problem ordering from them, even before I knew who they were. So please be patient, Karl and his family do an amazing job of getting orders out. Brian Schoonveld

Nope, i have never had any problems, got Hugo Girard's dvd about 2 months ago.... got it without a problem, probaly gonna order forearm sleeves from them soon
