Yeah thanks Jesse it was exactly what I wanted to hear after a long day of competing I hope I'm not the only one having trouble walking around today. Thanks to Steve and all the helpers I had a blast. And thanks to Red Hook they make some very fine beer!!!

Thanks Jamie. It was finally getting to meet you and the otthers from this board. (You got a PM, bro.)

Patrick, I didn;t get to talk to you during the contest, but you did a great job through the whole thing. You never quit, which takes balls and heart.:)

Thanks to Jesse and Grant for the officiating and support, and to Steve for a great contest. The head-to-head action really made it exciting and fun to watch and compete. Red Hook was a great venue, as well.

I got videos of my events here if any of you would like to see them:

Nice video! Congrats on ANOTHER 2nd place! You’re due for a win real soon.

That tire looked brutal! And that OH medley.....how heavy was that keg / axle / log?

Thanks man. I think I coulda given Sarge a better run for his money had I not made the mistakes I had made. (Of course, Sarge is just a damn freak anyway. *LOL*)

The tire just had nuthin' to get a hold of. It was all finger tips to your waist, and there weren't a lot of places even for your finger tips. Several guys got no where with it. It was tough.

The OH medley was a 90lbs DB, 180lbs keg, 225lbs axle and 240lbs log, in 60 secs. The mistakes on the keg and axle cost me time and energy, so by the time I got to the log, I had nuthin' left. Lots to work on.:)

my biggest problems were definately the tire and the keg, the keg because of lack of training with one and with the tire i mashed my finger on the third flip which i think costed me a couple filps, oh well i was still the first middle weight to get more than 2 flips (5)

James, you kicked some a$$ on the tire and dl from what i saw :)
