Today is Becs 5th session in the gym and she`s improving all the time!
28/06/05

Hammer curls
12x5kg dbell in each hand
6x7.5kg
1x dropset cable curls

seated dbell shoulder press
12x5kg in each hand
10x7.5kg
10x7.5kg

Hamstring curls
12x4 plates in stack
12x5 plates
12x5plates

Deadlift
12x30kg
12x40kg
12x50kg

hyper exstension bench superset
12xsitups
12xback raise
12xsitups

standing calf machine
20x just plates on top of stack
20x 1plate + stack

Geting better by the week, just needs to concentrate on form a little!

I wish any of my former girlfriends lifted weights!

Technically one did, but it's more "light weight to get toned" kind of thing, isolation exercises etc...maybe we just have different definitions of weightlifting?

She`s intrested in strongwoman since meeting Jesse, I`v told her once she can squat and deadlift over 100kg then I`ll get her some toys to play with!

.....although im pretty sure im talking about different toys to you guys! ;)

Im enjoying training so far :N: except when Dale makes me Cry! :(

It was quite funny to watch his face drop though after he suggested getting me a pair of deadlifting gloves and i suggested they should be PINK and accessorised with some nice pumps and a bag! ;)

if you're gonna wear pink gloves then you MUST get the thong on the outside of the leatard outfit complete with pink braided head band!

Hey Bec!!!
My deadlifting shoes are pink! And I wear pink clothes in the gym!

The differnece b.w. gals and guys is this....

Guys-get yelled at or slapped prior to lift, blow snot rocket on floor, sniff amonia, put on a mean face, yell and approach bar, make lift with ulgy grimace

Gals-Check out out hair and make up, approach bar, look back at mirror and see how thier toosh looks, (and they like it!), do a hair flip then lift the moderately heavy weight, making sure not to contort face, rerack weight, back to mirror to make sure everything is in place!!


If you feel pressured by Dale during training its because he wants you to be the best!! Trust me I know!! ;)

Callie , Have a word with Bec! we had a argument again today because I show her proper form on deadlift for example, she does it right for 1-2 reps then her form goes out the window and when I correct her she goes nuts about it! please try to explain how she could hurt herself with sloppy form!

I competed this weekend and there was a novice strongwoman being run at the same time, this really put some fire in to Becs belly and I`v never seen her train with as such intensity as today! And I`v changed her sessions towards strength!

I think Bec is doing too much.. Since she is a beginer she will make progress with little effort... Does she want to do strongwoman?? If so I would start on olympic lifts, dead, squat, and press and a pull...

Im actually enjoying training since watching the women in white cliffs!
I have also decided to aim to compete in the same comp next year so look out! lol! :N:
